Shipping Charges:
- Domestic (New Zealand): $9.99
- International: $14.99
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days depending on the shipping method.
Order cut-off time: 3 P.M. NZST
Priority Options:
- Priority Processing (1-day processing): Jump ahead of the queue — $3.95
- Priority Processing + Shipping Insurance: Get ahead of the queue and ensure your parcel is safe & secure — $5.95

If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 1–6 working days for tracking updates.
WRONG ADDRESS
ComfiSlides is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information. We verify all shipping addresses at order confirmation to minimize errors.
MARKED AS DELIVERED
If your package is marked delivered by the local postal service but hasn’t arrived:
- Contact your local post office.
- Provide a formal affidavit of lost, stolen, or undelivered package.
- Email us at Comfislides@gmail.com with the details.
Please note: In such cases, refunds are at our discretion.
IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE
ComfiSlides is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
If the customer refuses delivery or the package is not attempted to be delivered in the destination country, we reserve the right to abandon the package without issuing a refund.
